1. About CoachAnywhere

CoachAnywhere is an online platform that connects athletes with coaches across Australia and internationally. Athletes can upload training videos, receive AI-assisted analysis, and get personalised coaching feedback remotely. Coaches can build and manage an online coaching business through the platform.

CoachAnywhere is operated by CoachAnywhere Pty Ltd (ABN to be inserted), based in Australia.

2. Eligibility

To use CoachAnywhere you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. CoachAnywhere reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at kane@coachanywhere247.com if you believe your account has been compromised. CoachAnywhere is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent, or use automated means to create accounts.

4. Athlete Terms

As an athlete using CoachAnywhere you agree to:

• Upload only videos of yourself or content you have the right to share
• Not upload content that is offensive, illegal, or harmful to others
• Understand that coaching feedback is advisory in nature and does not replace professional medical advice
• Pay any applicable subscription fees for coach access in a timely manner
• Respect the intellectual property of coaches, including their feedback and training materials

5. Coach Terms

As a coach using CoachAnywhere you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience and credentials
• Deliver coaching feedback within the agreed timeframes
• Maintain professional conduct with all athletes at all times
• Not solicit athletes to move off the CoachAnywhere platform to avoid subscription fees
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding coaching, working with minors, and data handling

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription rates on CoachAnywhere are structured by coach tier based on experience and credentials. Coaches may also offer additional packages and upgrades to athletes.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. CoachAnywhere is not responsible for payment processing errors that occur outside our platform.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a payment dispute, contact us at kane@coachanywhere247.com within 14 days of the charge.

7. Video Content and AI Analysis

When you upload a video to CoachAnywhere:

• You retain full ownership of your video content
• You grant CoachAnywhere a limited licence to store, process and share the video with your selected coach for the purpose of delivering coaching feedback
• Your video will be analysed by our AI system to map movement, angles and timing — this data is used solely to assist your coach
• Videos are not shared with any third parties outside of your coaching relationship without your consent

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use CoachAnywhere to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, defamatory or harmful content
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract data from the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity

CoachAnywhere reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the CoachAnywhere platform — including the design, software, branding, and coaching materials — is owned by CoachAnywhere or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any platform content without written permission.

Coaching feedback provided through the platform is the intellectual property of the coach who created it and is provided for your personal use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

CoachAnywhere provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CoachAnywhere is not liable for:

• Any injury, loss or damage resulting from coaching advice received through the platform
• Loss of data, revenue or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the platform
• The conduct of coaches or athletes on the platform

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at kane@coachanywhere247.com. CoachAnywhere may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

12. Changes to These Terms

CoachAnywhere may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
