Videos you upload are shared only with the coach you have subscribed to. Our AI analyses your movement — joints, angles and timing — to assist your coach in delivering precise feedback. This analysis data is not shared outside your coaching relationship.
You retain full ownership of your video content at all times. You may request deletion of your videos by contacting us.
CoachAnywhere is available to athletes aged 13 and over. Athletes under 18 must provide verifiable parental or guardian consent at signup. We collect guardian contact details specifically to fulfil this requirement.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so in error, please contact us immediately at kane@coachanywhere247.com and we will delete the information promptly.
We share your information only where necessary:
All third-party providers are required to handle your data in accordance with Australian privacy law.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
While we take every reasonable precaution, no internet transmission is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your CoachAnywhere account.
